On Wednesday, September 13, at 5:30 pm David Forseth will present a Redevelopment Case Study discussing how a standard due diligence project quickly turned into a HUD-required Brownfields/Voluntary Cleanup Program project overseen by the MDNR. The case study will provide a brief background on the project and the initial due diligence required and then discuss how the project developed into a multi-agency environmental assessment and remediation project where communication and attention to small details was very important.
The meeting will be held at Schlafly Bankside, located at 920 South Main Street in St. Charles, Missouri. Parking is available along Main Street, in the public parking lot across Boone’s Lick Road to the south, and in the large public parking lots across the Katy Trail to the southeast.
